It happens billions of times every day in Southern California. When we flip the switch, the light turns on. When we push a button, a machine comes to life.   International Women's Day luncheon hosted by the Women's Construction Coalition, San Diego. An inspiring day with a panel of amazing women leaders in the construction industry. There were discussions about #inspiringinclusion, breaking barriers and having a voice in your position. There is a strong women presence in the construction industry making us strong, powerful and capable. #happyinternationalwomensday
